The Capacity Audit

The Capacity Audit runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are never transmitted, stored or associated with you. We record only that an audit was completed and which of three result bands it fell into. We cannot see your responses, and neither can anyone else.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless and does not collect or store personal data or track visitors across sites. It reports aggregate page views, referrers, approximate country, device type, and a small number of named events — audit completions by band, newsletter signups, and conversation requests.

The inquiry form

What you write in the inquiry form is delivered to Debra Johnson by email and processed by Formspree. It is read by her and by no one else. It is never shared, sold, or added to a mailing list. Ask and it will be deleted.

The essay list

Email addresses submitted to the Reading Room list are processed by Kit (formerly ConvertKit). Subscription uses confirmed opt-in: you will receive one email asking you to confirm, and nothing further unless you do. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe. The list is used to send essays and nothing else.

Your rights

Write to debra@theintegratededge.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within thirty days.
